Linnia

The LinkedIn work your reps do by hand. Done with one message in Claude.

Replying, following up, finding who knows whom, logging it in the CRM. Reps ask in plain words, Linnia does it at a human pace, inside LinkedIn's limits and your rules.

Handle my LinkedIn this morning: reply to new messages, follow up with Thursday's webinar attendees, and tell me who we know at Northwind.

11 replies sorted. 3 are interested, and 4 people accepted your invitations. Drafts are ready for all of them.

20 webinar attendees found. I skipped 6 (already contacted, or customers). 14 connection notes drafted, each one mentions what they asked in the Q&A.

Northwind: Raj worked with Jana Novak, their VP Sales, for three years. An intro request is ready for him.

Logged to Salesforce. 17 drafts are waiting for your review.

It's not a new tool to learn. It's the one your reps already have open.

Linnia is a connector for Claude and other AI assistants. Reps keep talking to the assistant they use all day; it just knows LinkedIn now. Here is one rep's morning, exactly as it reads in the chat.

What came in overnight?

Seven replies. Three worth your attention now:

  • Sofia ReyesHead of Growth, LumenInterestedThursday works, send me a time.
  • Mia ChenDirector of Marketing, ArdentReferralTalk to our Head of Sales, Daniel.
  • Leo HartCOO, FieldworkNot nowPing me again in January.

Replies are drafted for Sofia and Mia. Leo's follow-ups are paused until January 6.

I need to get into Northwind this quarter. Who do we know there?

Two warm paths:

  • Jana NovakVP Sales, Northwind · worked with Raj for 3 years
  • Ida LindCRO, Northwind · 14 shared connections with you

I'd start with Jana through Raj. Here's an intro request for him, in your words.

Follow up with everyone from Thursday's webinar who isn't already a customer.

20 attendees. I skipped 6: 2 are customers, 3 were contacted by Marco last week, 1 already has your invitation pending.

14 connection notes drafted. Each one mentions the question they asked in the Q&A. Example:

Hi Tomas, your question about handoffs between SDRs and AEs stuck with me. We're working on exactly that at Linnia. Happy to compare notes?

You have 7 connection requests left today, so 7 go out today and 7 tomorrow, between 09:00 and 17:30.

23 activities logged to Salesforce on 19 contacts.

Left for you: approve 17 drafts, and pick a time for Sofia. Everything else is scheduled.

Looks like Emma on a Tuesday. Because it works like her.

One action at a time. Short sessions with breaks, inside working hours. Budgets below LinkedIn's limits that also count what the rep does by hand.

If anything looks off, Linnia slows the account down before LinkedIn has to.

Your rules, decided once.

Giving fifty reps an assistant that can send under your company name needs guardrails. RevOps sets them. Reps never see a settings page.

Questions

What is Linnia?

Linnia connects your team's LinkedIn accounts to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT through MCP and an API. Reps ask in plain words to research accounts, send connection requests, reply to messages and follow up. Linnia runs every action through limits, approvals and working hours that RevOps controls, and logs the activity to your CRM.

Will using Linnia get our LinkedIn accounts restricted?

Linnia is built to keep accounts well inside LinkedIn's limits. Each account runs one action at a time, at a human pace, inside working hours, with budgets below LinkedIn's thresholds and a warm-up for new accounts. An early-warning system slows or pauses an account before LinkedIn would. No tool can remove every risk, so every limit is visible and nothing runs faster than your policy allows.

Which AI assistants does Linnia work with?

Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Teams can also use the REST API from their own tools and workflows.

Can managers approve messages before they're sent?

Yes. In approve mode, every connection request and message waits for the rep or their manager to review it. Approvers can edit the text first, and approved actions still follow the account's limits and working hours.

Do reps need Sales Navigator?

No. Linnia works with standard LinkedIn accounts and uses Sales Navigator or Recruiter features when an account has them.

Does Linnia log LinkedIn activity to our CRM?

Yes. Connection requests, acceptances and messages are logged as activities on the matching contact in Salesforce or HubSpot, and Linnia reads account ownership from the CRM so reps don't contact accounts that belong to someone else.

Is Linnia affiliated with LinkedIn?

No. Linnia is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
